Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kevin Cox is our Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, and one of the co-founders of Energys Group. Mr. Cox has over 15 years of experience in the energy conservation industry, playing a key role in driving growth in Energy Conservation Solutions Limited (“ECSL”) initially as Technical Director and International Business Director and, for the past 7 years, as Managing Director. Previously, Mr. Cox had a long and distinguished career in Information Technology and consulting, working at senior levels for a number of blue chip organizations, including Vice President for CSC Computer Sciences (now DXC Technology), Operations Director for Consulting and Systems Integration at CSC Computer Sciences, and Head of Service Integration for Nokia, at a time when it was the world’s leading portable phone company.

Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Michael Lau is our Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer. He is also one of our co-founders and participated in the establishment of Grand Alliance International Limited in 1999, which was involved in the research and development, manufacturing, and distribution of a patented innovation – an application technology that improved energy efficiency of fluorescent tube lamps, which positioned the company as a significant early-mover in the now established sector of energy efficiency. Mr. Lau has dedicated over 25 years to the Group, and is the Managing Director of the Hong Kong division of the Company, the Research and Development and procurement arm of the Group, and provides valuable insights to the business through his pioneering experience in the energy saving and sustainability industry.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chu is our Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Chu is an experienced management executive in IPO projects, finance, accounting, food and beverage, mortgage, media, manufacturing and trading, with extensive knowledge in the money lending business. He gained in-depth experience in the media industry, specifically in Australia, China and Hong Kong, with strong connections with various market leaders. Mr. Chu is a HKICPA Certified Public Accountant.

Chief Marketing Officer for ECSL

Mr. Nick Joslin joined the Energys Group in November 2022 as Chief Marketing Officer for ECSL. His duties include brand building, marketing & advertising and public relations. Mr. Joslin is also the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Goji, which specializes in indoor air quality solutions. Mr. Joslin has over 40 years of experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, brand building, and retail & marketing most of which was at C-suite level. He has won recognition for outstanding business management, including Entrepreneur of the Year, Retailer of the Year and various marketing and innovation awards.
